Documents needed for civic marriage:
Application form
Declaration– a copy for each person
Medical certificate – a copy for each person
Copy of Divorce finding (in case the marriage is not first)
Copy of Death certificate (in case one of the persons is widow/er )
Fee - 50 BGN (the fee may change depending on the decision of the municipal council).
Additional document only for foreigners:
Civil Status Certificate translated, legalized and stamped with apostil
Other accessories:
Champagne
Glasses– 2
Celebration cake, honey and salt
Small gifts to be scattered after the ceremony

If you want to make a church wedding you have to have in mind that according the Orthodox Church days during the lent and some other religious holidays are forbidden for marriages. Because those days are not on fixed dates please contact us to check and give you the exact information.
